Job summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking a Mid–Senior Product / UX Designer for an on-site 12-month contract in Juno Beach, FL. The role focuses on research and UX/UI design for digital products, software, and enterprise apps. Competitive hourly pay $27.00–$33.00.

You will lead and collaborate across the product definition and design process, conducting user research, creating journey maps, and delivering production-ready UI assets while applying Scaled Agile and collaborating with data science teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI design and research experience for digital products.
• Experience with software or enterprise applications.
• Proficient with Figma and Jira.
• Experience designing AI-enabled interfaces.
• Ability to lead workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Knowledge of ADA accessibility guidelines (AA) and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create process maps, process diagrams, and user journeys to support alignment discussions.
• Design intuitive, user-centered digital interfaces.
• Collaborate with the UX Lead and data science teams to develop UI designs for AI initiatives.
• Lead design conversations and workshops, developing solutions that address user needs and business goals.
• Capture requirements and challenge existing assumptions to identify viable, creative solutions.
• Deliver UI code and assets following design system guidelines (Claude Code).
• Conduct usability testing with high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
