Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a Senior Product UI Visual Designer to elevate wireframes and AI-generated concepts into polished, production-ready interfaces within our CWAN Design System. You’ll translate dense, data-heavy trading and risk management workflows into visually refined screens while upholding typography, color, and layout standards.

You’ll collaborate with product designers, PMs, and engineers, contribute to system-wide design standards, and prepare developer-ready Figma files

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product/UI visual design.
Portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft in product interfaces.
Deep fluency in Figma with components, variants, auto layout.
Experience with design systems and tokens.

Responsibilities

Translate low-fidelity inputs into high-fidelity visual designs.
Apply visual design standards across screens and layouts.
Prepare polished, developer-ready Figma files with specs and redlines.
Collaborate with product designers, PMs, and engineers to maintain visual quality.
Contribute to design system standards and documentation.
Audit product surfaces for drift from current standards.
