Job summary

Fresenius Kabi is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Training to lead product training and field enablement across the Biopharma portfolio. This role drives training strategies from pre-launch through lifecycle updates and ensures commercial teams stay current with evolving priorities.

The position is hybrid with 3 days in the Lake Zurich, IL office. A target bonus of 14% of base salary applies, with final pay based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
• 2+ years in a commercial training or learning and development role.
• 2+ years in a pharmaceutical sales position.
• Biosimilar experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically 15–20% and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead product training strategy across full product lifecycle including pre-launch and lifecycle updates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Operations and leadership to translate strategies into field enablement plans.
• Drive launch readiness and field enablement initiatives with curricula, communication plans, and resources.
• Identify field capability gaps via analytics and stakeholder input; translate into learning solutions.
• Develop field communications and enablement plans for new products and market developments.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement across the organization.
• Lead curriculum development for national and regional commercial meetings; ensure engaging, relevant sessions.
• Manage external training providers and vendors including scope, selection, budgets, and QA.
