Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Lake Zurich, IL, seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Training to lead product training and field enablement across the Biopharma portfolio. You will guide strategy from pre-launch through lifecycle updates and explore new commercial opportunities.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and leadership to translate strategies into field training. This hybrid role requires 3 days in office weekly and offers a strong bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry, including 2 years in a commercial training or learning and development role, and 2 years in a pharmaceutical sales position.
• Biosimilar experience preferred.
• Successful communication with business leaders at all levels to design and develop innovative learning methodologies.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives.
• Strong communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.
• Strong planning and organizational skills. Strong business acumen.
• Ability to travel for meeting engagements and domestic travel ~15–20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead product training strategy across the full product lifecycle, including pre-launch, launch, post-launch, lifecycle updates, new indications, competitive changes, and evolving market dynamics.
• Partner strategically with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and Biopharma leadership to translate product strategies into field training and enablement plans.
• Lead launch readiness and field enablement initiatives by developing training strategies, curricula, communication plans, field briefs, and supporting resources.
• Identify and assess field capability and knowledge gaps through business analysis and stakeholder feedback; translate into targeted learning solutions.
• Develop and execute field communication and enablement plans for new products, market developments, and changes in strategy.
• Drive a culture of continuous learning and performance improvement across the commercial organization.
• Lead curriculum development for national and regional meetings and manage external training vendors.
