Position: Senior Product Support Engineer

Location: 1 Freedom Valley Drive, Oaks, PA 19456

Job Duties:

• Utilize experience with application development, quality assurance of financial software, and enterprise content management.
• Perform quality assurance and production support for financial document management systems, including AFP and Xerox-based statement archival and retrieval.
• Develop detailed project documentation, plans, and test plans.
• Implement procedures for ongoing operations and proactive maintenance of financial technology software.
• Manage enterprise content management using Rocket Software’s Mobius suite, including Mobius View and Mobius for Windows.
• Implement automated quality assurance plans using Test Complete, MS SQL, Java, JavaScript, and PowerShell.
• Analyze, coordinate, and implement automated test plans based on business requirements.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with development and support teams.
• Document and review business requirements for new development.
• Work with development teams to clarify tasks and ensure understanding.
• Provide technical support, root cause analysis, and resolution.
• Lead Release, Upgrade, and Implementation projects.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to adapt to changing business strategies.
