Job Description: Sr. Product Support Engineer @ ST Engineering MRAS

Overview: As the Sr. Product Support Engineer (PSE), you will provide technical support for customers of ST Engineering Middle River Aerostructure Systems’ (MRAS) nacelle components, ensuring customer operational success, fleet reliability, and product safety of flight. This role offers opportunities to develop skills in technical support, troubleshooting, technical writing, and customer communication, along with hardware ownership for current and future products.

About Us: At MRAS, we work on advanced technologies supporting global customers daily. We manufacture complex aerostructures and utilize cutting-edge digital technologies in composite design and manufacturing. We are expanding our maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) capabilities leveraging our extensive nacelle portfolio and materials expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for the maintenance and repair of composites, metallic components, and nacelle systems hardware.
  • Identify and resolve top in-service issues, participate in root cause investigations, and develop long-term design solutions.
  • Communicate status updates through presentations and reviews.
  • Document technical data, support reliability metrics, and collaborate with airlines, shops, and suppliers to optimize maintenance and reduce costs.
  • Contribute to continuous product improvement and ensure technical publications' accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in engineering or technical customer support.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship provided.

Compensation & Benefits: Estimated salary range: $92,000 - $138,100 annually. Benefits include health coverage, 401k, onsite gym, educational assistance, life insurance, and paid time off.
