Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years of product management/technology leadership experience.
Product strategy, portfolio management and roadmapping knowledge.

Responsibilities

Define, communicate, and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for products, platforms, and solution portfolio.
Develop forward-looking product strategies that evolve existing products into scalable, reusable solutions for multiple customer segments and programs.
Partner with business and operational leaders to understand objectives, customer needs, market dynamics, and trends.
Identify gaps between current capabilities and future needs and develop plans to close them.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, competition, regulatory requirements, and tech advancements to inform strategy.
Establish product outcomes, KPIs, and priorities aligned with organizational objectives.
Identify opportunities for innovation and modernization that create competitive advantage.
