Milliman MedInsight seeks a Senior Product Strategy Manager to shape provider analytics and platform strategy across risk-bearing organizations, including accountable care and payer-adjacent workflows. This role translates client needs and market intelligence into 12–24 month roadmaps in partnership with TPMs, GMs, and cross‑functional leaders.

The ideal candidate combines healthcare analytics expertise with strong business acumen, capable of driving commercialization and scalable analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, or healthcare consulting.
• Experience with risk-bearing provider organizations and payer-adjacent workflows favored.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for MedInsight's provider analytics and data portfolio with 12–24 month roadmaps.
• Collaborate with TPMs, GMs, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Engineering to guide product investments.
• Lead market validation, business case development, and go-to-market planning.
• Identify scalable platform capabilities and opportunities for AI-enabled capabilities.
