Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis.

• Experience with AI transformation and strategic initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CDX leaders to answer thorny strategic questions, using a consulting-style model.
• Lead workstreams on priority strategic initiatives for CDX, such as AI transformation.
• Support the organization’s intelligence unit with analytics and landscape assessments.
• Set the vision for long-term product innovation and prototype delivery with engineering.
• Foster trusted stakeholder relationships to improve internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to CDX’s strategic capabilities, including developing trainings.
• Model AI adoption by spreading solutions that improve efficiency and quality.
