Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Product Sourcing Engineer to lead strategic supply network development and cost management for the Counter Intrusion product line. You will partner with suppliers and cross‑function teams across engineering, quality, and manufacturing to drive supplier selection, design validation, and cost reduction.

The role emphasizes end‑to‑end BOM ownership, OTD risk mitigation, and collaboration with suppliers to ramp production while maintaining high flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement/development, or design of electronics/ mechanical devices.
• Ability to travel 30–40% of the time, depending on program needs.
• Remote work option is available for Massachusetts; onsite stay preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier selection for a specific product using the approved supplier list.
• Collaborate with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development.
• Develop should-cost models and joint design development with clear statements of work.
• Simulate mechanical and electronics designs to support cost down and performance.
• Drive BOM development and supplier ramp production with high flexibility.
• Manage CAPEX throughout NPI and complete BOM risk assessments.
• Lead cost engineering to converge cost curves and manage tariffs/cost inflation.
