Job summary

SimCorp seeks a seasoned Product Solutions Architect for Operations & Accounting to define best practices across middle- and back-office domains and translate hands-on expertise into repeatable client implementations. This key role sits in Product Management and reports to the Head of Product Solutions, driving high STP and accurate settlement.

You will influence product strategy through market intelligence, guide client engagements, and enable standard configurations for end-to-end workflows

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, product management, solution engineering, or senior client-facing roles focused on investment operations and accounting.
• Deep understanding of trade lifecycle processing across asset classes, reconciliation processes, and operational controls.
• Strong knowledge of collateral and margin management, settlement models (including T+1), and regulatory and accounting frameworks.
• Proven experience driving high STP rates and reducing manual intervention in complex operating environments.
• Trusted Advisor credibility with operations leaders and transformation sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Engage with heads of operations and accounting leads to define best-practice middle- and back-office configurations.
• Advise clients on implementing SimCorp’s operations and accounting capabilities to maximize straight-through processing and timely reporting.
• Translate market feedback and regulatory trends into actionable roadmap priorities for product strategy.
• Own standard configurations and reference architectures for operations and accounting workflows and enable implementation teams.
