Job summary

Vertus Partners is seeking a Solution Architect for a SimCorp implementation in New York City. The role is permanent and requires SME-level knowledge of SimCorp, with deep expertise in IBOR and ABOR design, preferably with Private Assets experience.

The initial focus is scoping and planning the implementation, after which you will transition to the implementation phase on client projects, with on-site work in NYC and occasional visits to the end client.

Qualifications

• SMiCorp SME knowledge required for SimCorp implementation projects.
• Deep knowledge of IBOR and ABOR design within private assets contexts.
• Experience with private assets or private markets technology is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Scope out and plan the SimCorp implementation for a US client.
• Move into the implementation phase and lead subsequent delivery activities.

Our client is a consultancy which specialists in advising Private Capital firms across EMEA and the US on best practice to improve it's Front, Middle and Back Office capabilities, through the design of technology, data and process solutions.

They are working with a large US-based asset manager on a SimCorp Alternatives implementation and require a Solution Architect with an SME-level knowledge of SimCorp and with a deep knowledge of IBOR & ABOR design, ideally with Private Assets experience.

It is being offered as a permanent role, as the consultancy has a strong pipeline of projects in this space with some of the leading names in the Private Capital industry. The initial priority for this project would be to scope out and plan the implementation, which would then likely result in being moved onto the implementation phase of the project.

• Location - New York City, with occasional presence on-site with end client
• Salary - c. $140-$160k base
• Start date - Ideally on site by early December
