Job summary

The Nielsen Company is seeking a Sr. Product Solutions Architect for Gracenote to drive pre-sales, architecture, and implementation of metadata and AI products.

You will act as the primary technical expert for Gracenote, guiding client integrations using standard APIs and MCP Server, and supporting PoCs and production deployments. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in technical pre-sales or solutions architecture, strong API and AI know-how, and willingness to travel across North America.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales and customer-facing technical engineering roles.
• Experience designing, deploying, or observing AI agents and MCP architectures.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON/XML/ETL data handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales sessions and workshops with clients.
• Guide onboarding and integration using APIs and MCP Server.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product requests and documentation.
• Develop AI agent prototypes and PoCs with modern AI tooling.
