Job summary

Nielsen's Gracenote division seeks a highly technical Product Solutions Architect to lead pre-sales and implementation for API and AI products. You will bridge customers with product and engineering teams, enabling integration of authoritative metadata into LLM-powered discovery experiences and AI-first strategies.

Role requires proficiency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js, experience with MCP tooling, and solid knowledge of cloud AI platforms (AWS, Google, Azure). Travel up to 40% is expected.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Python or TypeScript/Node.js to support PoCs and integration with B2B enterprise APIs.
• Experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions and MCP tooling.
• Strong consultative skills to translate customer requirements into technical solutions for executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales and engagement with customers to demonstrate AI solutions and perform proof of concepts.
• Design, build, and maintain AI agents that demonstrate MCP capabilities and real-world workflows.
• Guide customers through integration patterns and best practices, including security and identity management.
