Job summary

Enphase Energy is seeking a Product Security Architect to drive security across its hardware portfolio, from silicon to cloud. This senior, hands‑on role owns secure boot, hardware root of trust, key management, OTA updates, and regulatory certification efforts, reporting to the Head of Security.

You will lead cross‑functional teams spanning firmware, hardware, cloud, and product management, with potential for growth into leadership as the program matures.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in CS/EE or related field.
• 12+ years embedded security experience.
• Proven track record with ARM TrustZone and secure boot.
• Experience with CRA/RED regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product security architecture across hardware, firmware, and cloud.
• Lead threat modeling and security design reviews for multiple product families.
• Oversee vulnerability management, coordinated disclosure, and pen-testing engagements.
• Ensure compliance with EU Cyber Resilience Act and RED Delegated Act and related standards.
• Coordinate with external labs, researchers, and customers on security certifications.
