Job summary

Axonius is seeking a Senior Product Security Architect to advance security for the Axonius platform and its AI-driven capabilities. You will own security strategy across cloud and distributed systems, partnering with Israel and Portugal teams in a hybrid environment.

You will drive secure development practices, perform threat modeling, and lead incident response while collaborating with core engineering teams globally. Exceptional communication in English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development with at least 3 years in security-focused roles.
• Experience analyzing codebase architecture within a product-centric stack.
• Hands-on AWS cloud experience and building application threat models.
• Experience using AI/LLM tools to optimize development workflows.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D to drive security requirements across the development lifecycle.
• Conduct architecture, design, and threat modeling reviews for web/cloud/distributed systems.
• Produce actionable security architecture documents, design specs, and guidelines for engineers.
• Lead incident response during security events and coordinate remediation across teams.
