Job summary

Qnity Semiconductor Technologies in Newark, NJ, seeks a Senior Product Engineer (PQE) to drive quality and improvement of pad product lines. You will partner with CMPT leaders to implement strategic improvement programs and coach engineers across the organization.

Responsibilities include acting as technical product manager for the portfolio, guiding change management, analyzing data for improvements, and communicating with customers through whitepapers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or support functions.
• Experience in external communication with customers or suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical product manager for the assigned product portfolio.
• Assess non-conforming products and decide fit for use.
• Analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead change management for portfolio and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Communicate with customers through technical whitepapers.
• Drive SPC culture at site with PCS program manager.
