Ashley Furniture Industries in Arcadia, Wisconsin, is seeking a Senior Product Quality Engineer to drive continuous improvement across global supply chains and lead product development and launch quality.

You will oversee overseas Vendor Champions, QA teams, and quality control staff, using Quality Dominator and our systems to reduce defects, implement PPAP/FAI, and coach leaders in a culture of quality.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in quality improvement and process design in manufacturing.
• Strong Lean and Six Sigma knowledge; basic Theory of Constraints.
• Experience with QMS and supply chain systems; change management capability.
• Ability to read product drawings, BOMs; strong documentation and training skills.

Aufgaben

• Drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, and TOC across the global supply chain.
• Coach leaders to build a quality-focused culture and mentor teams.
• Lead quality improvement teams; manage multiple global projects and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate supplier quality, data reporting, and corrective actions with global vendor teams.
• Lead product development and testing; establish process controls and documentation.
