Job summary

QS/1 Data Systems in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive enterprise initiatives at the crossroads of product strategy and software delivery. You will own programs end-to-end, align roadmaps, manage dependencies, and deliver measurable business value with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Operations.

The role emphasizes governance, executive communication, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years in program management, product development, or software delivery.
• PM certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, Agile).
• Six Sigma certification with real-project experience.
• Experience leading large, complex initiatives with Product and Engineering teams.
• SaaS/platform/tech-driven experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level programs at the intersection of product, software delivery, and business transformation.
• Translate objectives into structured program plans with clear success metrics.
• Coordinate product lifecycle efforts from concept to launch and optimization.
• Provide governance and reporting across stakeholders with risk management.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Customer-facing functions.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate delivery and improve program visibility.
• Ensure readiness for major releases and alignment with roadmaps and business value.
• Support Agile execution and align milestones with team delivery.
