Job summary

Jefferies seeks a Senior Product and Program Manager to lead the US Credit Trading and eTrading platforms. You will own the US product roadmap, align delivery with global strategy, and partner with Trading desks to set priorities, budgets, and timelines for high-impact front-office initiatives.

You will work closely with CIO and COO to ensure governance, risk management, and successful delivery of strategic programs across global teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading large-scale technology transformation in capital markets front-office
• Strong Fixed Income Credit domain knowledge: IG, HY, EM essential
• Proven track record delivering eTrading or trading platforms in a global environment
• Experience managing regional delivery within global operating models
• Excellent stakeholder management across trading desks, COO, and technology teams
• Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and trading system workflows
• Highly organized and delivery-focused with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Own the US product roadmap for Credit Trading and eTrading platforms
• Align regional delivery with global platform strategy and architecture
• Partner directly with Trading desks to define requirements and priorities
• Establish governance with CIO and COO to manage scope, budget, timelines, risks
• Represent US requirements in global forums and ensure cross-regional alignment
• Own end-to-end delivery of US initiatives across trading platforms
• Coordinate across global development teams covering eTrading, pricing, connectivity, and data
• Manage prioritization, release planning, and delivery tracking
• Resolve cross-team dependencies and delivery risks proactively
• Balance regional priorities with scalability and architectural integrity
• Act as SME across fixed income trading workflows: RFQ, streaming, and portfolio trading
