Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, vision, and execution for a portfolio across Contracting, Credentialing, and Network capabilities within Provider Data & Reimbursement. You will build a high-performing team and drive a multi-year roadmap aligned with business priorities and enterprise goals.

The Manager will oversee cross-functional product roadmaps, partner with business and technology teams, and ensure value realization through adoption and lifecycle

Qualifications

5 years of experience in product management or related field.
3 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead management responsibilities including hiring, coaching, rewards, performance and staff productivity.
Develop and refine product strategy and roadmaps; conduct market research and customer interviews.
Define requirements and manage backlog for the PM team.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales for successful launches.
Oversee product development across the portfolio and ensure quality.
Engage customers to gather feedback and conduct user research.
Perform ongoing market research and competitive analysis.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
