Dell Technologies Inc. is seeking a Product Planner for Alienware to own the product definition from concept through launch across gaming laptops and desktops. You will write PRDs, set success metrics, and build business cases to grow Alienware’s share in premium gaming.

You will drive system-level decisions, balance performance and acoustics, and collaborate with engineering, procurement, and marketing to translate gamer insights into actionable requirements and launch-ready plans.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in product management including the launch of at least three flagship hardware products as the directly accountable product manager; gaming or enthusiast PC experience strongly preferred.
• Deep system understanding across x86 CPUs, discrete GPUs, memory technology, thermal design, high-refresh-rate displays and storage devices.
• Strong working knowledge of gaming display and graphics technologies, including high-refresh-rate and VRR displays, HDR and OLED panels, GPU software features such as upscaling and frame generation, and platform features that drive in-game performance and latency.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement product strategies aligned with company vision and gaming market trends.

• Own the Product: Define a multiyear vision for one or more Alienware product lines from concept through launch.
• Build the Right System: Drive system-level decisions across CPU/GPU, memory, storage, displays, thermals, keyboards, and lighting.
• Drive Decisions: Lead cross-functional teams toward a unified product vision with clear priorities.
• Gather Market & Customer Insight: Leverage insights from regional sales teams, the gaming community, esports partners, reviewers, and research to prioritize opportunities.
• Tell the Story: Help build launch narratives with gamers, media, and sales, highlighting differentiators like performance and thermals.
• Display Excellent Communication: Deliver concise updates and presentations with data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Operate like an Owner: Identify issues early, simplify, and move quickly when data is ambiguous.
