Amazon is seeking a Sr. Product & Customer Insights Manager to join the Customer Experience and Business Trends team. You will shape the selling partners' experience by translating data into actionable business actions and partnering with senior leaders across functions.

You will lead end-to-end studies, track industry trends, and drive growth, efficiency, and cost improvements. The role demands strong research, analytics, and a drive to influence decisions at the highest levels.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative research.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Responsabilidades

• Discover, track, and evaluate global industry trends.
• Translate complex business problems into analysis requirements and create hypotheses.
• Own and execute large and complex studies end to end, including scope alignment with business leaders, methodology design, data collection and analysis, recommendations and presenting results to senior leaders
• Work with business leaders and their teams to drive growth, process, and cost efficiency improvements through study results
• Create and contribute to team roadmap by synthesizing business priorities, selling partner needs, and industry trends.
• Contribute to a team culture of experimentation and innovation
