Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years’ business, analytical, technical and/or product experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 14 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 10 years’ business, analytical, technical and/or product experience
• Proven business expertise with experience in setting clear priorities, understanding business value impacts and independent decision-making
• Prior experience prioritizing across competing priorities and quickly-changing landscape
• Prior experience actively seeking out multiple opinions, yet making independent decisions and influencing positive outcomes

Responsibilities

• Vision and Strategy – Create a compelling vision aligning with goals and values and core platforms.
• Team Leadership – Guide teams, roadmaps, backlogs and data-driven decisions; influence across senior partners.
• Digital Transformation – Evaluate trends and technologies to advance workflow capabilities and customer experience.
• Requirements and Roadmaps – Align on priorities and success measures; document discovery and design.
• Agile Practices – Prioritize backlogs and remove blockers; participate in ceremonies.
• Risk & Audit – Adhere to risk standards and maintain internal controls; escalate issues as needed.
• Complete other related duties as assigned
