ICON is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the defined subsystem of Phoenix from our Austin, TX campus. You will be responsible for delivering product outcomes, coordinating with Product Managers and functional leads, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

You will work closely with stakeholders, manage priorities, and guide cross-functional teams to address customer needs and project constraints in a dynamic environment.

Competenze

• 8+ years in product management or engineering leadership roles.
• Experience delivering industrial equipment or robotics products.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and teams.
• Familiarity with Agile project management and prioritization processes.

Mansioni

• Serve as the accountable party reporting to the Product Manager for on-time, on-budget delivery of products meeting requirements.
• Elevate budget, schedule, priority issues to the Product Manager.
• Coordinate with functional leads to ensure best practices and process adherence.
• Prioritize tasks to align with business and product goals; maintain Master Schedule updates.
• Coordinate with other Product Owners to meet high-level product requirements.
• Incorporate stakeholder and user feedback to solve the right problems.
