Job summary

ICON Technology in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the defined subsystem and ensure timely, on-budget delivery. You will report to the Product Manager and coordinate with cross-functional leads to align with business goals.

You will gather stakeholder feedback, drive prioritization, manage the Master Schedule, and ensure proper communication across teams while navigating a dynamic start-up-like environment.

Qualifications

• BS in engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience, or an associate degree with 10+ years equivalent experience.
• Proven track record delivering on-time milestones within an engineering development team.
• Experience with industrial equipment, robotics, and automation in field-relevant environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead product deliverables for your subsystem and report to the Product Manager.
• Elevate budget, schedule, priority, and risks to the Product Manager as needed.
• Coordinate with functional leads to ensure best practices across the team.
• Prioritize tasks to align with business and product goals and update Master Schedule.
• Coordinate with other Product Owners to meet high-level requirements.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback to solve the right problems.
• Inform all disciplines of changes and implementations impacting their function.
• Record, manage, and track risks for the product.
