Job summary

Southwest Airlines is seeking a Sr Product Owner within the Technology team to shape Revenue Management and Pricing by defining product vision, roadmaps, and prioritizing the team backlog. You will translate business needs into features, stories, and acceptance criteria while guiding multiple Agile Teams from concept to launch.

You will mentor other Product Owners, collaborate with stakeholders, and apply AI, cloud tech, and dynamic pricing knowledge to modernize airline retailing and enhance

Qualifications

• Agile and Scrum methodologies experience.
• Business analysis or project management with enterprise products delivery.
• Experience with product catalogs, offer and order management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end launch of integrated solutions across multiple Agile Teams.
• Collaborate with Business Partners and Product Managers to co-develop a roadmap and drive features from concept to launch.
• Inform product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization with senior stakeholders.
• Translate roadmap features into well-defined product requirements and acceptance criteria across multiple products.
• Turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes for customers.
• Oversee design, construction, and implementation of integrated solutions meeting business needs.
• Mentor Product Owners and Scrum Masters in Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery.
