Job summary

State Street in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Private Markets & Multi-Asset Class Performance to drive analytics solutions and product roadmaps. You will collaborate with Product, Technology and Service Delivery teams to deliver capabilities and act as a subject matter expert.

You will lead Agile teams, manage requirements, and ensure seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems while guiding governance and release readiness for new capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services, Investment Analysis, Asset Management, or related fields.
• Expertise in Investment Performance & Analytics and/or Private Market Investments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with an ability to act as a persuasive change agent.
• Product development, product management, or software development experience preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile teams and business analysis teams as senior Product Owner ensuring functionality is prioritized and delivered as expected throughout the process.
• Lead workflow analysis, data analysis, requirements analysis for current and future state models and ensure product integration with upstream and downstream applications.
• Subject matter expert for Private Markets Performance & Analytics.
• Develop product roadmaps, business cases, project objectives, operating models, product design, product requirements, process flows, and wireframes.
• Define and maintain project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, decisions, architecture, and cross product dependencies.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Service Delivery, and other internal stakeholders in the development and rollout of new products and product capabilities.
• Support product testing including user acceptance testing as well as test case and test data.
• Drive product readiness including release notes, documentation, training, and governance activities for new capabilities and enhancements.
• Provide communication to senior leadership on product development activities, projects status, and product roadmaps.
