The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking a Product Owner / Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead enterprise observability initiatives. You will guide requirements, backlogs, and cross-functional delivery to improve system health and operational performance.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in product ownership or senior BA roles, strong analytical and communication skills, and hands-on experience with Agile and production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in Product Owner or Senior Business Systems Analyst roles.
• Experience leading complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, SDLC and product delivery.
• Exposure to production support concepts including incident management.

Responsibilities

• Define objectives with stakeholders and prioritize work to deliver business value.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements; translate to user stories and specs.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog; align with delivery goals.
• Lead multiple initiatives, managing dependencies and risks.
• Facilitate workshops and key decision-making discussions.
• Collaborate with engineering through design, development, testing, and production support.
• Analyze processes and data flows to identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure operational readiness and alignment with monitoring and incident practices.
• Create and maintain documentation including workflows and designs.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to leadership.
