Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience translating operational needs into requirements and artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product backlogs with the SMPES Product Owner.
• Translate operations into use cases, diagrams, and scenarios.
• Coordinate with users, managers, and development teams on priorities.
• Conduct requirements elicitation with stakeholders and PMO.
• Lead or support backlog reviews, sprint planning, and release planning.
• Track feature progress and align with operational goals.
