Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Product Owner to bridge business stakeholders and an agentic AI development squad, shaping the product roadmap, prioritizing the backlog, and guiding the team through each delivery cycle with clarity and purpose.

You will own end-to-end backlog items, translate business needs into MVPs, and ensure measurable value delivery across engineering and business units. Travel 25%–100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience in product ownership, product management, or technical program management in enterprise software environments.
• Minimum 3 years experience product ownership and Agile/Scrum mastery — lead multi-squad delivery teams.
• Minimum 2 years experience with generative AI fluency and agentic SDLC platforms.
• Minimum 10 years experience with executive stakeholder management across engineering, finance, and C-suite.
• Minimum 10 years experience with enterprise integration across SAP, Salesforce, MuleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog with user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and the engineering squad, facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Define MVP scope and phased rollout strategies for agentic capabilities with stakeholder input.
• Oversee portfolio planning, budget alignment, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination.
