Job summary

LPL Financial is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Product Owner to lead a portfolio of electronic communications (eComm) compliance products. You will bridge business and technology, shape long-term product vision, and ensure delivery of high-value, scalable CARS capabilities while reducing off-channel risk.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as product manager/owner in eComm compliance/supervision.
• 3-5+ years managing archive and supervision platforms such as Proofpoint, Smarsh, Global Relay.
• Proficiency with Python, relational databases, Alteryx, Power BI, and AI tools (Cursor, Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision for eComm CARS monitoring and issue resolution frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to execution.
• Define multi-year roadmaps and investments to modernize eComm compliance ecosystem.
• Break down initiatives into epics and user stories with risk-based prioritization.
• Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and decisions to senior leaders.
• Drive cross-organizational collaboration across Compliance, Supervision Technology, and partners.
• Monitor CARS systems to identify gaps and drive health improvements.
• Perform problem resolution with technology teams and support ad-hoc configurations.
• Coordinate UAT with business stakeholders to validate functionality.
• Support retention management framework within regulatory guidelines.
