Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, is seeking an experienced Product Owner for the Digital Technology Global Digital Delivery team in East Hartford, CT. The role focuses on maximizing product value by guiding development teams and aligning with business priorities.

In a hybrid environment, you will collaborate with business and DT teams to define vision, manage backlog, and ensure delivery adheres to architecture standards and processes, driving value across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, IT, or related field and 12+ years of hands-on relevant work experience including 5+ years in product management related to Enterprise Technology or Infrastructure Technology.
• Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and sprint management.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog and translate requirements into clear user stories.
• Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, technical considerations, and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate across DT, Business, Architecture, and Program Management to drive end-to-end delivery and remove blockers.
• Ensure all work follows enterprise architecture, code development standards, and product lifecycle processes.
• Monitor delivery and track product performance using defined success metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Support product lifecycle management from concept through development, testing, launch, and sustainment.
• Conduct market, user, and competitive research to identify needs and inform priorities.
• Maintain strong relationships with process owners and stakeholders.
