Job summary

PNC invites a Sr Product Owner to lead the vision for identity risk and validation products within the Technology organization, based in multiple U.S. locations. You will serve as the voice of the customer and drive business value with Scrum teams.

You will partner with Fraud and risk analytics to adapt models, monitor performance, and deliver customer-centric solutions that align with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in product ownership or related field.
• Strong product ownership, Agile/Scrum, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Knowledge of risk/identity verification domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns the vision and backlog; prioritizes by business value.
• Conveys the product vision to teams to address client requirements.
• Collaborates with Scrum Master and development teams; primary point of contact.
• Upholds risk management and customer-focused objectives.
