Responsibilities include backlog integrity, grooming, and close collaboration with Scrum Masters and development teams to answer customer needs and ensure successful product outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience or equivalent.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable mix of education and experience may be considered.
• Certifications and related credentials may be required for certain roles.

Responsibilities

• Owns the vision and definition of the product and backlog.
• Conveys the vision to teams to meet client requirements and business objectives.
• Prioritizes backlog and collaborates with Scrum Masters and developers for delivery.
• Acts as primary point of contact for the team and makes key decisions.
