Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's Degree and High School Diploma plus 2 years relevant experience.
• OR High School Diploma/GED and 4 years relevant experience.
• 5 years additional relevant experience.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must pass federal background investigation granting government access.

Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify requirements from stakeholders, ensuring product needs are clearly understood.
• Define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to maximize value delivery.
• Collaborate with development team to translate user needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Continuously build product/domain knowledge to serve as a subject matter expert.
• Evolve features and iteratively improve the product based on feedback and performance.
• Identify product risks, gaps, and dependencies and mitigate them.
• Participate in user acceptance to confirm delivered features meet expectations.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap updates, and progress clearly to a wide audience.
• Complete development tasks such as building customer reports, ad hoc queries, and disseminating data.
