ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III (Product Owner) to guide vision and prioritization, translating complex business needs into actionable requirements for stakeholders and development teams. The role leverages Agile frameworks and emphasizes data-driven decision making and reporting.

Competenze

• Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate’s Degree with HS Diploma and 2 years relevant experience.
• Alternative: HS Diploma/GED and 4 years relevant experience.
• 5 years additional relevant experience.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be able to pass federal background investigation for government access.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum or Kanban environments.
• Experience facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Experience with Jira, GitHub, or Rally.
• Experience contributing to product roadmaps or long-term strategies.
• Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO I/II, SAFe POPM, PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM.

• Gather and clarify requirements from stakeholders, ensuring product needs are clearly understood and accurately represented.
• Define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog to support business goals and maximize value delivery.
• Collaborate with development team to translate user needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Continuously build product and domain knowledge to serve as SME for the team and stakeholders.
• Evolve features and iteratively improve the product based on feedback and performance.
• Identify product risks, gaps, and dependencies and mitigate them.
• Participate in user acceptance activities to confirm delivered features meet requirements.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap updates, and progress to a wide audience.
• Maintain attention to detail to ensure timely delivery of product commitments.
• Complete development tasks such as building customer reports, ad hoc queries, and disseminating data to stakeholders.
