Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a Product Owner III for Integrated Financial Crime Risk Management, based in the specified U.S. locations (Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Raleigh, Charlotte, or Birmingham).

You will own the product vision, prioritize work for agile teams, and align product backlog with customer needs and risk controls. Ideal candidates will have deep AML/KYC/Sanctions experience, ability to translate complex requirements into features, and a track record of driving fraud

Qualifications

Knowledge of AML, BSA, KYC, sanctions and fraud processes and regulatory requirements.
Ability to translate complex financial crime, compliance, or risk needs into product features and user stories.
Collaborate effectively with compliance, risk, operations, and technology stakeholders to deliver business value.
Demonstrated success prioritizing product backlogs and driving solutions that improve fraud prevention and sanctions screening.

Responsibilities

Owns the vision and definition of the product and serves as the voice of the customer.
Defines and conveys the vision to the team to address client requirements for business objectives.
Manages the product backlog and leads backlog grooming and prioritization.
Works with Scrum Masters and development teams, answering questions and enabling decisions.
