cities. The role focuses on product strategy, backlog management, and delivering customer-centric, risk-aware solutions. The Product Owner will act as the voice of the customer, guiding agile teams to maximize business value while ensuring strict risk controls and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience in product/r strat roles or risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree; certifications are not required.
• Experience translating complex financial crime or risk requirements into product features and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Owns the vision and definition of the product.
• Voice of the Customer to guide development.
• Prioritizes work based on business value and risk considerations.
• Conveys the product vision to teams to address client requirements and business objectives.
• Manages and maintains the product backlog and grooming.
• Collaborates with Scrum Master and development teams to focus on high-value items.
• Primary point of contact for team questions and decisions.
