Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise experience supporting Agile development teams.
• Experience shaping product vision and driving backlog management.
• Software engineering background capable of discussing technical topics with teams.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Agile teams and drive continuous improvement.
• Define product requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, architects and stakeholders on release plans.
• Own the product backlog and manage roadmap and dependencies.
