Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in product management, CSPO certification, and a proven track record in tech or consulting environments, with automotive industry exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, including ownership of complex data or digital products.
• Proven ability to work directly with senior client stakeholders to define priorities and make product decisions.
• CSPO certification required.
• Full product lifecycle experience from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Strong experience creating structured, high-quality requirements (e.g., user stories in Jira) that drive execution.
• Background in client-facing, consultative roles within a technology, digital, or consulting environment.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Jira.
