We are seeking an experiencedProduct Manager with a strong background in the financial services domainto lead the development and delivery of innovative products that serve our clients in banking, payments, capital markets, or fintech. In this role, you will own the product lifecycle from strategy to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions in a highly regulated and customer-centric environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.
• Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Translate market and customer needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, design, development, launch, and iteration.
• Partner with engineering, design, QA, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases.
• Drive product prioritization decisions based on customer impact, ROI, and regulatory considerations.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and industry trends to inform ongoing improvements.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations, data security, and compliance standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams—including senior business, architecture, and technology stakeholders—through structured mapping sessions.
• Create and align on end-to-end concept architectures, business workflow diagrams, and system interaction flows.
• Drive clarity and consensus around future-state solutions and process enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 5+ years in thefinancial servicesdomain.
• Deep understanding of banking, digital payments, trading platforms, or financial data products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, manage backlogs, and deliver customer-centric products.
• Familiarity with financial regulations (e.g., PCI-DSS, KYC/AML, SOX) and compliance considerations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
