What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute marketing plans, campaigns, and digital content to build brand presence within partner channels
- Manage partner relationships to drive sales and maximize revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align marketing and communications plans with business priorities
- Develop and implement partner program launch plans, including collateral development and promotional strategies
- Analyze performance metrics from various marketing channels to inform data-driven decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of proven digital and/or sales marketing experience
- Prior knowledge and experience with sales enablement, event preparation, and digital marketing
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced skills in PowerPoint
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Excellent project management and prioritization abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior marketing experience within a healthcare context
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and metrics
- Experience with website marketing and data interpretation
- Knowledge of marketing tools such as Workfront, Teams, Salesforce, Marketo, Power BI, and Adobe Analytics
- Demonstrated flexibility and capability to work with ambiguity
