Bask & Lather Co. in Yonkers, NY is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Product & Marketing Operations to translate priorities into launched products and campaigns.

This hands-on role owns end-to-end planning, alignment across Brand, Ops, Supply Chain, and external partners, and ensures on-time delivery. Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant project or program management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Personally managed physical consumer products through development and launch, including formulation or R&D, packaging, testing, and commercialization dependencies.
• Managed integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels; beauty or personal care experience preferred.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Brand, Operations, Supply Chain, and external partners.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools (Monday.com) and Excel; ability to recover slipping projects and manage concurrent initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Own execution for end-to-end product development and marketing campaigns, including cross-functional initiatives and channel launches.
• Lead formal kickoff for every project to confirm scope, owners, dependencies, approval gates, and decisions; define and validate scope.
• Build and maintain detailed timelines; manage critical path and dependencies across teams.
• Coordinate across Brand, Social, E-commerce, Operations, and external vendors to ensure launch-readiness across DTC, retail, marketplaces, and media.
• Identify risks early; present recovery plans with owners, revised dates, and decisions required; escalate as needed.
