Senior Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic and creative Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product positioning, messaging, and engagement strategies for a dynamic portfolio of legal tech offerings. In this high-impact role, you'll shape how customers understand and interact with the products while driving awareness, adoption, and retention. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, a keen sense for storytelling, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, growth, design, and analytics teams. Accountabilities :

Define and communicate compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with diverse customer segments Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to inform product development and go-to-market strategies Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to influence the product roadmap with customer insights Lead marketing efforts that support product launches, drive engagement, and improve user retention Translate complex AI-driven technologies into clear, customer-friendly narratives and experiences Partner with marketing and design teams to create integrated campaigns and assets that support user acquisition and conversion Ensure consistent, customer-centric messaging across all stages of the user journey Present insights and performance updates to stakeholders and senior leadership Requirements

7+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or consumer-facing digital products Strong background in launching products, managing cross-functional campaigns, and driving user engagement Understanding of AI technologies and how they can enhance customer experiences Experience working across teams including product, design, analytics, and growth Proven ability to turn research and data into actionable strategies and messaging Excellent communication skills with a talent for storytelling and aligning stakeholders Self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred Bonus : Experience in legal tech, or familiarity with tools such as Figma, FullStory, or Pendo Benefits
