Job summary

Socure is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Document Verification to drive positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans that accelerate awareness and adoption of our document verification solutions.

You will partner with product, sales, and marketing to align product capabilities with customer needs, conduct market research, enable sales with compelling collateral, and lead launches that showcase the impact of document verification in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in product marketing or related field, preferably with document verification or RegTech experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Experience with go-to-market strategies and sales enablement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

About The Role

The Senior Product Marketing Manager for Document Verification will develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and growth for Socure's document verification-focused solutions. This role partners closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager leads market research, supports product launches, and ensures alignment between product capabilities and customer needs, with a specific focus on the document verification.

What You’ll Do

• Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate Socure's document verification products in the market.
• Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform product marketing strategies and content.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across channels.
• Create sales enablement materials, such as presentations, datasheets, and FAQs, tailored to document verification solutions.
• Track and analyze product and campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Develop customer-facing content, including case studies, blog posts, and product collateral, highlighting document verification product impact.
• Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to inform product improvements and marketing initiatives.
• Champion Socure's leadership competencies by fostering collaboration, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindset in all initiatives.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or a related field, preferably with experience in document verification or regulatory technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Project management and organizational abilities; able to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Deep understanding of product marketing, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement.
• Collaboration and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams.
• Adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within the document verification, identity, or RegTech space helping bring products to market is required.
