Job summary

Plural is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape our product marketing strategy and clearly communicate our value in the Kubernetes fleet management space. You will own positioning, messaging, and GTM plans while partnering with sales, engineering, and leadership to scale our messaging as Plural grows.

The role offers opportunities to drive cross-functional impact within a lean, fast-paced startup and to influence marketing content, events, and materials for our ICPs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in the infrastructure or cloud-native space.
• An understanding of Kubernetes and cloud technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messages.
• Proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns and content for technical audiences.
• Experience in positioning products and managing go-to-market strategies.
• Familiarity with B2B enterprise sales cycles and the ability to create effective sales enablement materials.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to measuring marketing impact.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Plural's product marketing strategy, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Manage and refine Plural's positioning in the Kubernetes fleet management market.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' pain points and how Plural addresses them.
• Create compelling content (whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, etc.) that resonates with our ICP.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify needs and create effective sales enablement materials.
• Plan and execute our events strategy, including webinars, conferences, and industry meetups.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure marketing messages align with product capabilities.
