About The Role
VSCO is looking for a creative, enterprising
Growth Product Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic product marketing strategy and initiatives. You will collaborate closely with our Product, UX Design, Research, and Data teams to develop and execute impactful strategies that align with our aggressive growth goals.
The right candidate for this role is a hands-on, product marketing expert with a track record of achieving big, growth-oriented goals. Ideally, you have experience in subscription businesses, you can quickly achieve a deep understanding of our audiences, and are a team player able to work well cross-functionally with business leaders while driving outcomes independently.
The day-to-day
- Define and execute product marketing that drives user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Identify growth opportunities across product offerings based on data analysis, user insights, competitive analysis, and market trends, and work cross-functionally to bring these insights to life.
- Develop and manage comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product features and updates, focusing on growth-oriented objectives.
- Partner with user research to deeply understand audience needs and pain points.
- Work closely with Product to shape product and feature positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategy, serving as the voice of the user within the product development process.
- Partner with Marketing and Brand to develop product and feature messaging, overseeing and influencing the GTM execution.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional product marketing experience, ideally focused on subscription services and/or digital products.
- Track record of proven success driving product adoption through the development and execution of exceptional product marketing campaigns and programs.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated go-to-market plans, from research to concept to launch.
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment, with a commitment to high quality output and professional standards.
- Experience marketing to photographers, professional creatives, or similar.
- Experience using industry standard tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma for marketing development and operations.

Compensation
The base salary for this position will vary based on several factors, such as relevant experience, location and your approved internal leveling assessed during the interview process. The base salary range for this role is $170,000 - $185,000. Salary is one component of our total compensation package. This position also qualifies for equity (i.e. stock options) and is eligible for discretionary bonuses based on performance.
The benefits available for this position include flexible time off, a 401K retirement plan, insurance (medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, short and long term disability), and 11 paid holidays. We also provide paid sick time as required by state and local law. Additional benefits and perks contained in our standard employee benefits package are also offered for this position.
