Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 7+ years in Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, or related roles.
• Experience in healthcare, staffing, SaaS, or digital health.
• Proven go-to-market strategy experience for complex solutions, services, or tech offerings.
• Strong messaging, positioning, and value proposition skills.
• Experience with market research, customer discovery, competitive analysis, and buyer insights.
• Proven sales enablement programs that improve pipeline and revenue growth.
• Experience partnering with brand, digital, channel, social, and demand generation teams.

• Voice of the customer and market for the Client Solutions portfolio.
• Lead market research, customer interviews, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
• Develop insights to inform strategy, pricing, and commercialization decisions.

• Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for new solutions and initiatives.
