• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports.
• Track record of driving revenue growth and executing go-to-market strategies.
• Experience working with sales teams, customers, and channel partners to expand markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product marketing professionals.
• Translate high-level product/market strategies into clear execution plans for the team.
• Own and drive portfolio strategy, roadmaps, and collaboration with engineering for new products.
• Build senior-level relationships with OEM/ODM accounts and lead complex customer engagements.
• Partner with global marketing and sales leadership to strengthen market presence and value proposition.
• Oversee pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional launches.
